It was my honour to be involved in a video celebrating International Day of People with Disabilities! A day to recognise the achievements of people with disability and how important they are in our society.

The NSW Ageing and Disability Commissioner asked some peers and colleagues their thoughts on today, what makes our workplaces and communities inclusive, and what a good leader looks like to make this happen.

Tuesday 3rd December is International Day of People with Disability. It is a great opportunity to raise awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability, and celebrate achievements here and around the world.
